1. Cookies and similar storage

Cookies are small records stored by your browser for a website. We also use local storage for preferences when you permit it. This policy describes the AudioFlow website operated by Stichting FomixMedia. Not every cookie is a tracker: some are needed for secure sign-in or remembering your choice.

2. Necessary cookies

Necessary cookies support sign-in, abuse prevention, your language during the browser session and remembering your cookie choice. They remain active if you refuse optional preferences. We do not place advertising or analytics cookies or use marketing pixels on this website.

3. Optional: remembering preferences

If you allow preferences, we remember your selected language and light/dark appearance for future visits. Without consent the full website remains accessible and you can change language and theme during the visit; we then do not persist these preferences in local storage. This option is off by default.

4. Storage inventory

The names below may have a __Secure- or __Host-prefix over HTTPS. A large session cookie can be split into several cookies. Our own cookies are scoped to this website; necessary security services may use their own technical storage.

5. Security and external services

Cloudflare Turnstile can process technical signals on protected forms to recognise bots. If Cloudflare pre-clearance has been configured for the domain, cf_clearance may also be used under that Cloudflare setting; our application does not set it itself. Mollie may use its own necessary cookies on the payment page you choose to open. See those providers’ privacy information.

When enabled, StopForumSpam and Project Honey Pot are queried by our server. These integrations do not place cookies on your device through our application. Our privacy policy explains the data processed by those checks.

6. Changing or withdrawing your choice

Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer or the button on this page to change your choice at any time. Select “Necessary only” to withdraw persistent preferences. We then remove our saved language/theme entries and return the language cookie to a session cookie. This does not delete your account or necessary login cookies.

Your cookie choice is stored for up to 180 days. The notice reappears after that period, for an invalid choice, or when the choice purposes receive a new version. Clearing browser cookies may require a new choice or sign-in. If your browser blocks storage, we can remember your choice only during the current page/app session.

7. Browser settings

You can also inspect and delete cookies in your browser. Blocking all cookies can disrupt necessary functions including sign-in and payments. Closing the notice, scrolling or continuing to browse does not constitute consent to persistent preferences.
